We provide translation services for a variety of subjects. Because we love to undertake mentally challenging work and explore new fields of knowledge, our translators have extensive professional experience in the following areas:
- Industry
We routinely translate, design and tender documents, operation manuals, research and industry papers, patents, and other technical documents. The prerequisite for a quality translation in this field is engineering and technical expertise; therefore we engage professional translators with either an engineering degree or other professional background (continuing education, attendance of industry events, etc.) in the respective industry.
Primarily, we specialize in the following industries:
- Civil Engineering
- Building Materials
- Mining
- Mechanical Engineering
- Power
- Chemicals,
- Steel
- IT and Telecom
For a document that includes drawings, figures, and diagrams, you can order a translation of the text content only, or alternatively, we can reproduce the original layout of the entire document in the target language. It's up to you.
- Law
We translate all types of legal documents:
- Contracts
- Constitutional and corporate documents
- Powers of attorney
- Judicial and procedural documents
- Laws, statutes, and regulations
- Legal opinions
- Texts about theory and history of law
We are familiar with both civil and common law, and we accept documents from any jurisdiction. Our policy is to only assign legal documents to translators with a university degree in law and a profound understanding of the specifics of the jurisdiction the document is intended for.
- Finance and Audit
We routinely translate audit reports and findings, financial reports, banking, tax, and insurance documents.
- Advertising and Marketing
We perfectly understand that promotional material must be translated using correct terminology and perfect style. Moreover, promotional content typically requires localization, i.e. needs to be adapted to the cultural specifics of the target audience. Obviously, unprofessionally localized advertising impedes the promotion of new products. Besides promotional material, we translate market surveys, reports, business plans, and corporate strategies.
- Rush Service
We realize that your business needs do not always allow you to wait for normal translation processing times. If you are preparing for negotiations, meetings, or the signing of a contract, you need to have your documents translated as quickly as possible.
For situations just like these, we offer rush service. To use the service you should notify us of the subject category of translation, the desired deadlines, frequency, and the estimated volume of work. Based on the details provided, we will set aside translator resources to process your orders as the top priority. When the rush service is needed, email us the documents and you will be emailed the translations by the previously agreed deadline. Please keep in mind that, even for rush service, restrictions apply to the amount of work that can be translated in a given time: Please allow 1 hour per every 3-4 pages (1,800 characters with spaces). The restriction is due to the fact that a single translator works on the entire document: tight deadlines leave no time for editing of a text produced by several translators. In addition, please note that not all subject categories are eligible for the rush service, especially promotional content, which always requires editing.
- Translation by native speakers
(English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and other languages).
We offer you the opportunity to verify the quality of our services before placing your order - feel free to order a sample page free of charge and of any commitments.
In addition, you may want to view our case studies which feature translation experience in a variety of industries.
We provide simultaneous and consecutive interpreting services in diverse subject fields and can assign interpreters to your projects so that your engineers have access to language services on-site.
We provide interpreting services not only in Moscow and Russia, but at any location in the world. Our interpreters are courageous and ready to operate in any environment, including drilling rigs and the Arctic. In addition, they have experience in motion picture and TV shooting. If you are preparing for an urgent international business trip, you can choose an interpreter with a valid EU or other necessary visa.
We can also arrange to have you and your guests escorted by one of our certified guides, either using your own itinerary or designing a custom itinerary according to your needs.
We provide interpreting services in a variety of industries, specializing in the following:
- Nanotechnology
- Construction
- Mining
- Mechanical Engineering
- Power
- Chemicals
- Steel
- IT and Telecom
- Management and Consulting
- Intellectual Property
- Copyright
- Banking
- Insurance
- Financial Audit
- Health and Pharmacology
- Advertising and Marketing
- Motion Picture Industry
Interpreting services can be provided consecutively or simultaneously:
- Consecutive interpreting
is used during negotiations, exhibitions, or demonstrations. A consecutive interpreter speaks after the source-language speaker who pauses to let the interpreter render the message in the target language.
- Simultaneous interpreting
is intended for events with a tight schedule and for top-level events. Simultaneous interpretation is based on the use of a special booth enabling the interpreter to render a translation without the need for the speaker to pause, thus saving time. Simultaneous interpretation requires strong concentration and is stressful for the interpreter, therefore simultaneous interpreters typically work in pairs alternating about every 30 minutes.
If you need interpreting services at an event, you are welcome to call or email us to get a free quote.
Some general recommendations regarding the use of interpreting services:
- If you have scheduled an event involving simultaneous interpreting, please make reservations at least 2 weeks before the event, as simultaneous interpretation requires extensive preparatory work on the part of the interpreters (who must familiarize themselves with the subject material) and for installation of special equipment. If the intended venue does not have the appropriate equipment, we can offer it for lease (including installation and maintenance services).
- • Consecutive interpreting services should be reserved at least 24 hours before the scheduled time that the interpreter should arrive. If you need a consecutive interpreter the same day, we do our best to fulfill such request.
- • Please note that when interpreting services are provided outside of Moscow, the customer is responsible for the interpreter's travel and accommodation costs and meals.
- Transcripts and dubbing of audio and video records.
If the content you need is only available as an audio or video recording, we can provide you with a complete transcript and its translation as a transcript or captions, or we can dub the original record.
- Notary certification.
If you require a notarized translation of a document, it means that a notary public must attest to the authenticity of the translator's signature.
Notaries have the authority to attest to the authenticity of the signature written by a translator who is known to the notary and has produced a documentary proof of appropriate qualification. For the purpose of notary certification, the document (the original or a notarized copy) is sewn together with the translation and certified with the translator's signature and the notary's seal and signature. As we partner with several Moscow notaries, we are able to obtain notarized translations and copies immediately. At your request, we can certify the translation with our corporate seal though we give no guaranty that a translation certified in this manner will be recognized as a legally binding document.
- Legalization (apostille).
If you intend to file corporate or personal documents abroad, the foreign recipient may require you to have the documents legalized. Two types of legalization exist: the simplified procedure (apostille) and legalization. Apostille is the more common procedure, and we can have an apostille attached to your documents.

- Documents originating from states not party to the Hague Convention require legalization. Unfortunately, currently we are unable to legalize your documents.
Only official documents (statements, academic credentials, certificates, powers of attorney, incorporation documents, etc.) issued in the country of their origin are eligible for the apostille. In other words, in Russia an apostille can only be attached to documents originating in Russia. Commercial documents are not eligible for an apostille.
- If a document is in Russian but has a stamp in a foreign language, the document is considered a document of foreign origin. You can neither obtain a notarized copy of the document nor have an apostille attached to it.
- Documents issued before 1992 in republics of the former USSR are eligible for an apostille in Russia.
- All stamps in the document which is being submitted for the apostille must be readable.
In Moscow, you can only have an apostille attached to original documents that have been issued in Moscow or Moscow Region. If the document was issued in another region of Russia, only a notarized copy by a notary public of Moscow or Moscow Region is eligible for the apostille.
Processing time for apostille applications is from 1 to 5 business days.
Russia has treaties concerning legal assistance and legal relations in civil, family, and criminal cases with the following countries: Azerbaijan, Algeria, Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Vietnam, Greece, Iraq, Iran, Cyprus, China, North Korea, Cuba, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Yemen, Poland, Romania, Tunisia, Estonia, Yugoslavia. For a document to be accepted as valid in these jurisdictions, a notarized translation is sufficient.
- Page layout and CAD.
If the document you need translated includes graphic content (figures, diagrams, drawings, complex tables, charts, etc.), you may want us to reproduce the page layout so that the translated version is identical to the original.
We are aware that the design of a document is no less important than its content. Page layout and drawings can be especially relevant to technical documents, research papers, reports, brochures, i.e. documents that present information in a visual format. We are qualified to provide page layout and CAD services in various popular formats such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, and AutoCAD.
